AST Recycling (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries and associate companies, (“AST”) treats your information as private and confidential and places great importance on data security and data protection.

The purpose of this policy is to describe the way AST collects, stores, uses, and protects information that can be associated with a specific natural or juristic person and can be used to identify that person (“personal information”).

1.1.2.      physical address;

1.1.3.      physical location; and

1.1.6    company registration number, and VAT number.

·                Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).
